Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The group just completed total gutter replacement for my home. Previous gutter system was 35 years old with extensive underlying wood rot. The guys replaced decayed wood/fascia and placed 5 inch gutters with Leaf Guard and downspouts. Really couldn't believe the difference. Looks like a new home. Entire group was conscientious about their work and extremely skilled. They talked through the process and detailed their job plans. I'm extremely pleased with my company choice and would highly recommend Eldon & Sons Gutters.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I called Eldon and Sons due to the storms ripping a piece of gutter off my house. It was hanging and hitting against the house. They were flexible with scheduling due to the situation. Called a few companies but they either didn’t show up to give me a bid, or was to far out on when the work could be completed. All fixed now, 5 ⭐️ Thank you!

FAQs About Gutter Services in Smithville, MO

How do I know if my Smithville home needs new gutters?

Common signs include sagging sections, visible rust, peeling paint, or water pooling near your foundation. If you notice leaks or overflow during rainstorms, it’s time to get your system checked. Eldon & Sons Gutters offers free assessments and expert advice tailored to Smithville’s climate and terrain.

Are aluminum gutters a good fit for Smithville’s weather?

Yes! Aluminum gutters are rust-resistant, lightweight, and can handle large amounts of water—making them ideal for Smithville’s heavy rains. Our seamless systems also eliminate common leak points, keeping your home protected in all seasons.

Do I need 8-inch commercial gutters for my small business?

It depends on your roof size and drainage needs. Many Smithville businesses with flat roofs or wide eaves benefit from larger systems. Our team can evaluate your building and recommend the best size to ensure proper flow and minimal maintenance.

How often should I clean my gutters in Smithville?

Twice a year is standard—spring and fall—but homes surrounded by trees may need more frequent cleanings. Gutter guards can reduce that need significantly. Regular maintenance prevents clogs, overflow, and damage to your home or landscaping.

Will gutter guards really eliminate gutter cleaning?

While no system is completely maintenance-free, quality gutter guards drastically reduce the frequency of cleanouts. They keep out the majority of leaves and debris while still allowing water to flow, making them a smart investment for many Smithville homeowners.
