Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The group just completed total gutter replacement for my home. Previous gutter system was 35 years old with extensive underlying wood rot. The guys replaced decayed wood/fascia and placed 5 inch gutters with Leaf Guard and downspouts. Really couldn't believe the difference. Looks like a new home. Entire group was conscientious about their work and extremely skilled. They talked through the process and detailed their job plans. I'm extremely pleased with my company choice and would highly recommend Eldon & Sons Gutters.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. These guys were fantastic! I was referred by a foundation repairman who said they were the best in town. He was right. My phone call was answered right away by someone that knew what they were doing. I had an estimator out that afternoon and brand new gutters with gutter guards installed two days later. Texts were responded to immediately and every timeframe that was given to me was met - without exception. The operations manager came out personally to inspect the results and to ensure everything was done correctly. I cannot recommend this company more highly.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently had the pleasure of working with Eldon and Sons for the installation of new bronze 6-inch gutters, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the very first meeting during the estimating process, the team impressed me with their professionalism.

Lance, the owner, was incredibly responsive and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. His expertise and willingness to communicate made the decision-making process much easier.

The installation team was equally commendable. They were not only friendly but also worked efficiently, ensuring that the job was completed to a high standard. I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything went!

The new gutters look fantastic and have greatly enhanced the appearance of my home. I highly recommend Eldon and Sons for anyone looking for reliable and top-notch gutter installation services. Thank you, Lance, and the entire team for a job well done!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I called Eldon and Sons due to the storms ripping a piece of gutter off my house. It was hanging and hitting against the house. They were flexible with scheduling due to the situation. Called a few companies but they either didn’t show up to give me a bid, or was to far out on when the work could be completed. All fixed now, 5 ⭐️ Thank you!

Other company’s did not want to do the carpentry work, only the gutters. Great quality, easy to work with.

FAQs About Gutter Services in Greenwood

Do you serve both residential and commercial clients in Greenwood?

Yes, Eldon & Sons Gutters provides expert service to both homeowners and business owners in Greenwood. Whether you need seamless gutters for a single-family home or a custom system for a large building, we have the tools and expertise to get the job done right. We tailor each project to meet the specific water management needs of the property. Our team treats every job with the same professionalism and attention to detail. You can trust us to deliver quality service no matter the size or scope.

What sets seamless gutters apart from traditional gutters?

Seamless gutters are custom-cut to fit your home or business, which eliminates the seams and joints found in traditional systems. This greatly reduces the chances of leaks and clogs, especially important in a place like Greenwood with frequent rainfall and seasonal storms. Because they are made from one continuous piece of material per side, they also look cleaner and are less prone to sagging. Seamless systems are the top choice for homeowners who want low-maintenance performance and increased longevity. At Eldon & Sons Gutters, we specialize in seamless solutions that last.

How do I know if my gutters need repair or replacement?

If you see water spilling over the sides, notice sagging sections, or find cracks and rust, your system likely needs attention. In Greenwood, fluctuating temperatures and seasonal storms can cause wear and tear. During our inspections and cleanings, we assess your gutters for structural soundness and drainage efficiency. If repairs can restore proper function, we’ll recommend those. However, in cases of extensive damage or outdated systems, replacement may be the most cost-effective option in the long run.

Do gutter guards really reduce maintenance?

Yes! Gutter guards significantly cut down on the time and frequency of cleaning by blocking debris from entering the gutter system. In Greenwood, where leaf fall can be heavy, guards help ensure that water continues to flow freely during rainstorms. The right guard system can also prevent pests, ice dams, and rust by keeping gutters clean and dry. We offer a range of systems for every budget and can guide you to the best fit for your home. Once installed, many homeowners go years without needing a full cleaning.

Are you a local company?

Yes, we’re proud to be a family-owned and veteran-operated company based right here in the Kansas City metro. Our headquarters are in Lee’s Summit, and we’ve served Greenwood residents for decades. Our local roots mean we understand the climate, architecture, and community values that matter most.
